VIRTUAL TALENT
AI influencers, recurring characters and synthetic brand ambassadors.
Build a character people can recognise again.
Predella develops virtual talent with a defined role, appearance, tone and visual system. The result is more than a generated face. It is a character designed to remain coherent across scenes, formats and campaigns.
The problem
A face is easy to generate. A character is harder to sustain.
Many synthetic personalities begin with an image and stop there. Their appearance changes between scenes. Their voice has no clear point of view. Their relationship to the brand is never defined.
Without a role, a character becomes decoration. Without a visual system, continuity breaks as soon as the production moves into another location, outfit or format.
A useful virtual personality needs structure before it needs a posting schedule.
Predella’s approach
Define who the character is for.
Predella begins with the character’s role inside the brand. That role might be a recurring host, fictional ambassador, model, guide, performer or narrative figure.
Appearance is only one part of the system. The studio also defines tone, behaviour, wardrobe, environments, camera treatment, product relationship and the limits of what the character should represent.
Predella does not copy real people, use unauthorized likenesses or design characters to create deceptive endorsements.

Process
From direction to delivery.
- 01
Role
Predella defines why the character exists, who the character is speaking to and how the character relates to the brand.
- 02
Identity
Appearance, styling, tone and behaviour are developed together. The work avoids resemblance to identifiable real people unless licensed and explicitly agreed.
- 03
System
The character’s visual rules are established across expressions, wardrobe, environments, framing and product interaction.
- 04
Pilot
The character is tested in representative scenes. These reveal where identity, behaviour or production rules need to be refined.
- 05
Continuity
Approved references and practical guidance are organised for future production. Usage rights and disclosure requirements are recorded per project.

FAQ
Before the first conversation.
Is Virtual Talent the same as an AI avatar?
Not necessarily. An avatar can be a single image or talking-head output. Virtual Talent is developed as a recurring character with a role, identity, behaviour and visual system.
Can you create a character based on a real person?
Only when the necessary consent, likeness rights and intended usage are clear. Predella does not reproduce or closely imitate a real person without authorization.
How consistent can the character remain?
Consistency depends on the intended range of scenes, production method and approved reference system. Predella tests continuity before defining the production rules.
Does the audience need to know the character is synthetic?
Disclosure depends on the platform, jurisdiction and campaign context. Predella supports clear disclosure where required or necessary to avoid misleading the audience.
Who owns the character?
Ownership, exclusivity, permitted uses and production rights are defined in the project agreement before recurring production begins.
